Who qualifies
To qualify for CEIP, your home must be a low‑rise residential property in the municipality. Be up to date on property taxes. Not have active tax arrears or liens. Be the legal owner(s) of the property. Ensure all listed owners sign the CEIP forms and agreements. Use CEIP‑Qualified Contractors for all work. CEIP only finances approved energy‑efficiency and renewable‑energy upgrades. Air Source Heat Pump, High‑efficiency HVAC (furnaces, boilers, HRVs, etc.) Attic Insulation, Windows & doors (high‑performance), Hot water efficiency upgrades, Smart thermostats. Fixed interest rate (Calgary currently estimates 5.66–5.80%)
